This Usage & Marketing Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the principles governing the communication process between Boosmart and the user (“User”) who submits a contact or quotation request through the Boosmart website.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of the User’s consent for Boosmart to communicate with the User regarding contact requests or quotation requests submitted through the website.
2. User Declaration
The User declares that all information provided through the contact or quotation forms is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and belongs to the User.
Boosmart shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the User.
3. Communication Consent
The User acknowledges and agrees that Boosmart may contact them via email or telephone for the purpose of evaluating their request, providing information about its services, preparing quotations, managing project-related processes, and responding to inquiries submitted by the User.
Such communication shall be limited to matters directly related to the User’s request and the services offered by Boosmart.
4. Service-Related Information
The User agrees that Boosmart may provide information regarding its services, proposed solutions, project processes, and quotation stages, provided that such communication is directly related to the User’s inquiry or request.
5. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data submitted by the User shall be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

6. Withdrawal of Consent
The User may withdraw the communication consent granted under this Agreement at any time by contacting Boosmart.
The withdrawal of consent shall not affect any processing or communication activities carried out prior to the withdrawal request.
7. Right to Amend
Boosmart reserves the right to amend this Agreement where necessary due to changes in applicable legislation, operational requirements, or service processes.
The updated version of this Agreement shall become effective upon its publication on the website.
8. Entry into Force
By selecting the checkbox stating “I have read and accept the Usage & Marketing Consent Agreement.”, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
